Support
Support for NightRecovery is handled through App Store reviews and comments. Leave a review describing your issue or feedback and I'll respond there.

Troubleshooting
- Make sure Apple Health access is enabled for HRV, resting heart rate, sleep analysis, and respiratory rate in Settings > Health > Data Access.
- An Apple Watch is required for HRV and respiratory rate data. Without it, those signals will be missing from the score.
- The app needs at least 7 valid nights before showing a score, and 14 nights for a non-provisional score.
- Background delivery keeps data fresh, but HealthKit controls the exact delivery timing.
- If your score seems off, check that your Apple Watch was worn during sleep and that Sleep Focus was active.
